Blue-Stream Services Provides Temporary Power and Air Conditioning for the 2009 Chitimacha, Louisiana Open on the PGA Nationwide Tour
The 2009 Chitimacha, Louisiana Open was held in March, 2009 at Le Triomphe Golf and Country Club. This part of Louisiana is affectionately known as “Acadiana”.
Tournament officials take great pride in being named as one of the top three stops on the PGA tour year in and year out, as they have consistently been among the leaders in volunteer efforts, total prize purse and charitable dollars donated.
In addition to the nationwide exposure, Acadiana has also benefited from the Open's generous philanthropy. Since 1992, the Chitimacha Louisiana Open has called Le Triomphe Golf and Country Club its home. Designed by world famous course architect, Robert Trent Jones, Jr., Le Triomphe resides on a beautiful 392 acres nestled between the $24.5 million luxury country club facility and the Le Triomphe residential community.
For the second consecutive year, Blue-Stream Services has provided temporary power for the event as well provided much-needed temporary air conditioning services for various areas including concessions and food tents.
