Blue-Stream Services was recently contracted to provide Temporary Electric Heat for a large office building in downtown Baton Rouge, LA.
When the Taylor office building had an existing boiler failed during a record breaking cold spell, Blue-Stream was able to immediately mobilize its “Instant Response Team” to the customer’s site to assess their needs.
In conjunction with the building’s management team, an emergency response solution was put into action, and much needed heat was quickly restored to the building. Once the building had warmed to a comfortable level, tenants were able to resume normal operations. In all, Blue-Stream provided 75kW of portable electric heat, with a 100kW rental generator providing power to the unit, along with all needed temporary electrical cable.
